Our Roman blinds are hand made to measure with no lines of machine stitching showing on the front of the blinds.

They are usually interlined as this helps with heat insulation and vastly improves the look and feel of the finished blinds. Interlining can be left out when using thicker, heavier fabrics – we can advise on this once the face fabric has been chosen. As an alternative to standard 2-layer interlining you can opt for a 2-layer blackout interlining — ideal for bedrooms.

The back lining of our Roman blinds is made using top quality cotton sateen in a choice of ivory, almond white, or any other colour of your choice.

There are so many design options for Roman blinds – including side and lower contrast borders, borders with mitred corners, inset borders, pleated lower borders, shaped hems, beaded trims and braids, bobble trims, standard or cascade pleats, panelled blinds, unlined and semi-sheer blinds, head rail and pelmet options, and the use of multiple blinds on casement or bay windows.
